ONBO result delivery or journey outcome is unclear

ONBO 2.0 outcomes depend on the selected journey. The new webhook is not yet in production and is being documented in the dashboard.

  1. Identify the journey and environment selected in your ONBO dashboard.
  2. Read that dashboard’s available webhook documentation and confirm release availability with your IDmission team.
  3. Confirm which outcomes are final and which indicate processing or review for your selected journey.
  4. Use ONBO-specific documentation; IDentity webhook examples and numeric state tables do not define this contract.
