Prepare your environment

Build id + face validation with a browser frontend and a small Node server. The starter supports Web SDK 2.x and React 18 or 19.

  1. Install Node.js 24 or later.
  2. Obtain API credentials and the Portal API URL for your test environment from your IDmission team.
  3. Download the starter, unzip it, and run npm install.
  4. Copy .env.example to .env and fill in the three server-side values.

Your selected SDK and React versions are pinned in the download. A published version pairing still needs validation in your environment.
