Journey outcomes
Interpret ONBO 2.0 results in the context of the journey you selected. There is no shared state table with IDentity.
Start with the selected journey
ONBO 2.0 final states vary by journey. Use the documentation and configuration for the journey selected in your dashboard when deciding how your application handles its result.
Record the journey and environment when discussing a result with your IDmission team. A state from a different journey is not a reliable guide to the behavior of yours.
Plan your result handling
For each selected journey, confirm:
- Which outcomes are final and which indicate that processing or review is still underway.
- What action your application should take for each documented outcome.
- Which result fields identify the application and journey.
- How your configured result-delivery mechanism reports changes.
The complete journey-specific state references will be added as their documentation is finalized. Do not translate IDentity numeric state codes into ONBO outcomes.
