IDentity / Diagnose

IDentity form is still in review or has an unfamiliar state

A temporary manual-review or processing state is not a final decision. Interpret both the state name and code in their IDentity context.

  1. Look up the state in Final states, or Review states when manual review applies.
  2. Preserve codes as strings, including leading zeros and N/A. A code can appear in more than one context.
  3. Treat Submitted and Pending Review as processing states. Follow the reference’s recommended action for the actual result.
  4. Do not use this table to interpret ONBO 2.0 journey outcomes.
