# Android React Wrapper

Integrate IDmission's IDentity SDK into your Android React Native application.

## Setup

1. 1

   Set up the React Native development environment based on your development and target OS.

   Download and unzip the ReactNativeResources archive. It contains the `react-native`, `android_resources`, `reference`, and `android_code` directories.

   Create an empty React Native application.

   ShellCopy

   npx @react-native-community/cli init IDMTest
   ```

   Add JavaScript code. Copy and paste the contents of the `react-native` folder into the main project folder. Overwrite files if required.

   Add React Native dependencies. In `package.json`, update the `dependencies` node with the following.

   Delete the `node_modules` folder, then rebuild the application.

   Open the `android` directory in Android Studio.

   Add Android code and resources.

   - Add files from the `android_code` directory. Overwrite if required.
   - Overwrite the main `build.gradle` file with the one from `android_resources`.

   Modify the app project's `build.gradle` (see the `reference` directory for an example). Add the following dependency.

    Click **Sync Now** in Android Studio to sync the Gradle files.

    Build and run the Android app.

## Available Functions

The following functions are available after initializing the SDK.

Initializes the SDK. Must be called before any other function.
