# IDmission documentation for agents

Start by identifying the product, platform, and version. These docs are a preview; they do not grant credentials or confirm account-specific availability.

## Choose a product

- [IDentity](https://docs.idmission.com/agents/identity.md): existing Identity APIs, Post Processing API webhooks, form and review states.
- [ONBO 2.0](https://docs.idmission.com/agents/onbo.md): journey-based onboarding; the new webhook is not yet in production. Do not apply IDentity codes or acknowledgement rules to ONBO.
- [Web SDK](https://docs.idmission.com/agents/web.md): browser capture, React integration, sessions, callbacks, and submission types.
- [Mobile SDKs](https://docs.idmission.com/agents/mobile.md): Android, iOS, wrappers, migrations, and generated native references.
- [Live API schemas](https://docs.idmission.com/agents/api.md): raw OpenAPI documents, bypassing the interactive Swagger UI.

## Read efficiently

- Follow the product index to individual Markdown pages. Native references have smaller paginated indexes.
- Read page scope and provenance before reusing an example. Import time is not a release date or proof of current support.
- Distinguish a browser callback, successful submission, server webhook, processing state, manual review, and final result.
- Preserve state codes as strings. Code 63 has multiple contexts; use state name and lifecycle together.
- When documentation omits environment, version, authentication, delivery guarantees, or release availability, report the gap and ask the customer or IDmission team. Do not invent a contract.
- Reading docs requires no credentials. Live SDK/API calls can process real data and require the customer's authorization and environment configuration.

## Structured references

- [IDentity states JSON](https://docs.idmission.com/api/docs/states): all Appendix C/D rows, meaning, recommended action, lifecycle, and source links.
- [OpenAPI index JSON](https://docs.idmission.com/api/docs/openapi): available groups and their live schema endpoints.
- [Document manifest JSON](https://docs.idmission.com/api/docs/manifest): every exported document, scope, provenance, and Markdown URL.
- [Documentation sitemap](https://docs.idmission.com/sitemap.xml)
- [Troubleshooting](https://docs.idmission.com/markdown/troubleshooting.md)

## Current limits

ONBO webhook documentation is being finalized in the dashboard. Hosted IDaaS setup guidance still needs content ownership and migration. Legacy IDentity docs do not specify retry schedules or webhook signature guarantees. Native and wrapper examples can reference older SDK versions.
